Stats:

After Searchman's destruction during the Citadel's fight (and before his remains were delivered to Deep Impact's base), Regdar was requested to copy Searchman's hardware, as it interested Regulus. After the War was over, Regulus tinkered with them, and removed all parts infected by Evil Energy - unfortunately, it had rooted in whatever parts corresponded to emotions and memories. They were quickly replaced by highly developped fighting skills.
With the death of Skullman, Regulus implemented Hunter's hardware in the Cossack-Bot's shell, turning it back to its former goal - a perfect war machine.

Powers:

Skullman's body has been redesigned so that Hunter's skills were used at their best. With his body completely thin, Hunter can infiltrate in virtually any place. His articulations can also be slightly extended to help him in his task.
His right hand can switch from claw to regular buster (the blades retract and the cannon extends), or from claw to hand (the claw reverts, and the hand comes out)
His right eye is covered by a visor, giving Hunter perfect night-vision.
In his back, two wing-like features serve as an auxiliary generator for his Skull Barrier,
allowing him to move while using his shield.
The five ribs on his torso can be removed and extended into beam daggers. Five models can be used, described by their names:
-Standard
-Claw
-Rapier
-Brass
-Whip

Skullman Fun Facts

Hunter isn't particularly cruel. He completely lacks empathy, and doesn't understand the concept of pain, or feelings. he obeys the Three Laws, except "human" is replaced by "the Comrades and their friends" (Cossack, J&SB, the Cossackers...) However, he doesn't hold a grudge of sorts against Quint (his "original's original").
When Hunter doesn't go stealthy, he emits a clicking noise whenever he walks. It's rather creepy.
Hunter is a bit of a kleptomanic, and takes anything "useful" which doesn't seem to belong to someone (pens, random scrap of metal, change...).
Amazingly, Hunter gets along quite well with Regulus, and the two can be found talking together.
With his reprogramming, and personnal experience, Hunter can use virtually any weapon he finds.
Hunter talks like a normal person, except that his voice is always cold and monotonous. He could make Soundwave and Shockwave look overenthusiastic.
