Regulus is the sarcastic leader of the Blue Fox regime, a weapons tech orginization. Despite the income, he always has some odd excuse as to why he can't loan money to his buddies at the Citadel. Regulus likes to tinker and has a habit of designing gadgets that seem to defy logic. Despite his occupation, he's rather forgiving and friendly with those he is close to.

Powers:
Regulus has improved upon the Rain Flush design, converting the dispensing canister into an orb-like grenade that has several varients. He is coated in a thick slime which grants him protection from his own acid rain. It's also rather slippery, making grappling with him almost impossible. He also has special Setae fibers lining his hands and feet (the same design which allows geckos to stick to glass). He has impressive jumping abilities and is a remarkable swimmer.

Regulus wears an ice-blue scarf around his neck that Zapper made just for him.

When Regulus absorbed Zapper's Toad armor, he was infected by small snippets of code from her Zapper programming. Since then, he's been known to be a little too enthusiastic about combat.

Regulus is also Blizzardman of Armored Assassins, and Chill Penguin of Alpha Movement (A frigid man indeed).

Regulus's brain is the only thing that remains of his human body. It is kept in a stasis tank which is usually housed in the head of the armor he wears.

Regulus is the webmaster of the sprite comic website Final Destination Pixelation.
